men's playoffs
- May 2rd and 3rd. Boston, MA.
- After the conclusion of regular season games, any tiebreaking rules will be implemented, including GD ±6 cap, forfeit points, and GD/mins played.
- Seven division winners + a maximum of six wild cards. Maximum of 13 teams, contingent on accepted invites.
- Top four divisional winners receive a first-round bye. Remaining teams are seeded and play in matchups: 5 vs. 12, 6 vs. 11, 7 vs. 10, 8 vs. 9.
- Winners advance to quarterfinals, then semifinals, then final.
- Straight to PKs if tied.
- No division is guaranteed more than one spot.
- No third-place divisional team may take the automatic divisional champion place at playoffs.
- If 1st and 2nd place teams cannot attend, the divisional title is vacated, and the best team overall across any division will take the spot (which could still be the 3rd place team).
- No division shall have more than four playoff participants—no 5th place seed will be invited.
- No team forfeiting a game during the regular season shall be eligible.
- Playoffs may be reformatted if necessary in the best interests of the league.
- One-day event with 30-minute halves. Minimum of one game, maximum of three to four games per club.
- No extra league cost except personal transportation, food, and lodging.
- Teams requiring advance notice for playoff transportation must inform the league ASAP.
- Final discretion on disputes or appeals will be determined by a three-member executive committee appointed by the league.
